Jobs Role & Responsibilities


  • Performing in-depth market research and analysing data to derive an understanding of the disease based on client requirements using primary and secondary market research methodologies

  • Monitoring and creating Drug and Disease Forecast models in various therapeutic areas based on the bottom to top approaches.

  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data, thus conducting comparative analyses

  • Data mining, business intelligence, and valuation in for reaching conclusive analysis for various Therapeutic areas of client interest.

  • Converting models into presentable Reports and ppts for effective utilization by clients


Skills & Exposure


  • Understanding of Disease and Drug models along with knowledge diseases and treatment landscape

  • Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and online market research related to Pharma industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful

  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be ready to undertake international client-facing interactions emails and conference calls.

Jobs Role & Responsibilities


  • Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the candidate will be responsible for acquiring new businesses and strengthening existing relationships.

  • The role involves driving the sales pipeline by contacting prospective leads and to close deals for achieving individual revenue targets.

  • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans

  • Interaction with the international clients viz. APAC, USA, Europe.

  • The role involves extensive email pitching and cold calling (90% leads are generated through this mode)

  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales

  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership

  • Ensure clients have a positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process


Skills & Exposure


  • Passion and flair for B2B sales 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PPT

  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

  • Could be from secondary or primary market research



  • Minimum 1-4 years of B2b sales in Pharma, Healthcare, Biotech and Or related life science domain or exposure in international market research BD



  • BPharma / MPharma/Biotech Engg/Pharma Diploma



  • MBA with B.Tech (Biotechnology, Bioinformatics etc)/ B.Pharma/ BSc (Medical)
